Battery operated items being consigned must have working batteries. The batteries do not need to be new or a brand name. Consignors can use partially used batteries from other toys or electonics that they are keeping. For example, if you need 2 AA batteries, the consignor can take the ones from their TV remote for the item they are selling and then use 2 new batteries for their TV remote. The consignor can also buy inexpensive batteries from a dollar store or other discount store. Happy tagging and prepping items!
